Despite the incessant calling of our sweet tooth, we generally try to keep sweet treats to a minimum. Vaca’s a different story though. All rules are barred and dessert is served -and enjoyed- every night. So coming back from a life of leisure is a double whammy – back to the real world of work and back to denying the nightly post-dinner nag of the sweet tooth. Once you consistently limit your sugar intake the cravings subside, but give the sweet tooth 10 days to run wild and she’ll rage on. These Greek yogurt popsicles helped ease the transition and bring us down from our fruit tart/ice cream/chocolate cake bender. They’re lightly sweet and satisfy the desire for dessert without packin on the lbs. Our ice cream loving taste tester said “these probably look better than they taste” but we proved his naysaying wrong and he enjoyed them. Victory.
1 cup 2% Greek yogurt
1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup mango, chopped1 tbsp honey

Combine yogurt and fillings of choiceSpoon in to popsicle molds (we found ours on Target.com)
Freeze overnightEnjoy! And kick that sweet tooth’s booty.
